Grant a wish for a local youth in foster care. Every year the Friends of CASA celebrate the holidays with trees adorned with "Starfish Wish" ornaments. Each ornament represents a child's holiday wish. When you purchase a starfish wish you will receive a custom Friends of CASA ornament to remember the joy you brought to a CASA youth. Starfish Wishes will be available for purchase at the event.
